WHat’s your objective?
Without an objective for your event then what would be the purpose for having the event? If people go to your event what would they be walking away with, a fun experience? They learned a lot? Met new people? You will need to figure this out so we can plan an event that will be the best experience possible for you.
Preperation
Where will the event take place? How will you pay for your event? How many people will be attending? All of these questions need to be worked out so you can have a successful and fun special event.
Organization
If you’ll be providing food where will it come from and how much will you need? If you’ll have entertainment what kind of equipment will those performers need? We can provide these things for an additional cost, but you can always plan them out yourselves.
Impressions
What will the overall aesthetics of your event be? Do you want it to be a party? Informational? What kind of entertainment would you like to be provided to your guests? We can then organize the event to match the look you want to create.
